Just drove 1 hour to come here for an appointment and the Dr was sick and they didn’t even call me so disappointed
I highly recommend Maddington General Practice. I’ve seen several GPs there, and all have been excellent. Most recently, I visited Dr Fahad and Dr Lakshmeesh Shetty—both were very professional, kind, and attentive. They took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel well cared for. Thank you for your great service!
Talking about the clinic and the staff, I would say it is acceptable but the waiting time is awful like if I say awful then I mean it. It is crazy how they be making you wait for 2 hours just to get a prescription which takes only 2 minutes. I should suggest they put some gap between the available appointments so that each patient can get called on time without wasting anyone’s entire 2-3 hours. Wonderful experience here today with Dr Fahad. He was extremely knowledgeable, cooperative, and took the time to listen to me carefully. He explained everything very clearly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the consultation.
The Doctors all are good.
