Indian receptionist that worked till 3pm today needs to be fired shes incompetent and slow

Great staff, just extremely slow. Waited 1.5hrs just for a blood test
The reception is very poor. I have always had to wait at least half an hour to see the doctor but today was just ridicules, I arrived at 12:30 for 01:00 appointment, at about 01:00 a lady came in to the surgery for her appointment with the same doctor, she was informed that her appointment was last week and that it had been cancelled due to no show but she was asked to take a sit, she was called in to see the doctor while I and 3 others keep waiting.
