He took the time to listen to all my concerns without rushing, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood my treatment plan. I was received ever so warmly by the lovely receptionist. Dr Rajni Bansal was so patient and explained everything clearly. I knew then she was perfect for me and I would be in great hands. I felt seen, heard and valued as a patient. I’m very grateful for such caring gems.
