This year I have been seeing Dr Bansal & I’m so happy with the care she’s given me. I had a hysterectomy last week & I am in minimal pain! I am overjoyed to have found her & been listened to by someone who could make such a difference to my daily life. Earlier this year she removed an embedded IUD for me in May, and after that I decided I wanted a hysterectomy for the Adenomyosis I was suffering with. the clinic never got back to me after my MRI. I called them, receptionist said they will get back to me. Nothing. Dr Rajni Bansal (first opinion) suggested hysterectomy instead of myomectomy. Second opinion I received was to remove the fibroids (myomectomy) and Dr said hysterectomy was extreme choice. Anyway, they can’t be bothered to get back after the MRI. I do not recommend this place to anyone
I was received ever so warmly by the lovely receptionist. Dr Rajni Bansal was so patient and explained everything clearly. I knew then she was perfect for me and I would be in great hands. I felt seen, heard and valued as a patient. I’m very grateful for such caring gems. Updated: 5star dropped to 3 star. the clinic never got back to me after my MRI. Dr. Mahmud... this guy isn't doing his job properly. I've been going through hell since getting back to Australia. I have C-PTSD and a few other things. For nine months these doctors haven't listened. I've been on TRT for four years and I know my dose for mental health but instead I've had my hormones messed with and just now I get a call from my GP saying there's zero communication between they and the doctor I'm seeing there. I had a great experience with Dr. Danish Mehmood.He is extremely polite, patient, and attentive. He took the time to listen to all my concerns without rushing, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood my treatment plan. His calm and respectful approach made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the consultation. The reception staff were also very friendly, helpful, and well-organised.
