Recently took my reel mower in as it stopped self propelling and asked for a service while there. I approved the recommend $650 worth of repairs and picked up a week later. Got it home and the original issue wasn't fixed. Had to take it in again (which I don't really have time for) and it was only a $35 part that fixed the issue. Had mower in for sharpen set and service. Replaced parts that did not need replacing. Bolts were left loose.when I rang to see when they could rectify faults there reply was no chance at the moment as they have a line of mowers waiting.
