Highly recommend Maddington Central Automotive, had a vehicle inspection done to transfer my over east vehicle to WA and they were awesome to deal with, a smooth process, the fee is the same as anywhere else you would go as per DOT inspection fees. The ladies on the desk are great, I spoke to Kristie a couple of times over the phone and she was very helpful with the questions I had, and the young girl there today (I'm sorry I didn't get your name!) I had a terrible experience during my roadworthy inspection here. They failed my car over a minor issue without giving me any time to fix it on the spot, even though it took me just 20 minutes to resolve. To make matters worse, they charged me a reinspection fee. This feels more like a money-making scheme than a genuine service. Highly disappointed!” Not recommended at all
Highly recommended for dot inspections and log book services.The lady at the counter was very helpful and nicely answered all my concerns. Was quick I booked at 1.30 and within in 30-35 mins I was done and dusted. Will do visit then again. Thanks again to all team members who are working hard there.
Very unprofessional service. The staff seemed more interested in finding reasons to fail my car than actually helping. They pointed out a minor issue, didn’t give me time to address it, and then charged me a reinspection fee after I fixed it. It feels like they’re more focused on making extra money than providing fair inspections.
I have been coming here for years. I come because 1. The service is great 2. They fix what needs fixing and let you know what's going to be coming up 3. The price is competitive 4. They're friendly, knowlegable and obliging. I've never had and complaints plus they have a cool dog :) December 24.I've just read some other reviews, I'd say someone was pissed off that they had to pay a reinspection fee and got their friends to write in with the same complaint.
