Unfortunately, I had the horrible luck of choosing Maddie’s Garage to work on my vehicle and had to pay for the same work twice. Luckily, Herzog-Meier was able to remedy all the issues and my vehicle is driving normally. All I want is to share my side of the story and make the situation more clear. I paid for a poor quality fluid leak on my pickup truck (it still leaks), and when I returned it they attempted to charge me several hundred dollars more claiming it was a different leak. When I disagreed, John began yelling at me! I have never experienced anything like this before. I am having another shop fix this mess. When I told John I would post a negative review on social media, he asked me if I knew what liable was!

Really appreciated the helpful and honest service. – I took my truck in for a minor issue; John put it on the lift, and found leaks in a couple seals. Rather than try to charge me for a repair, he pointed out that the leaks should still be covered under warranty. That tip probably saved me a few hundred bucks. I really appreciated the honesty, even though it meant sending a repair somewhere else. I'll be bringing my truck back next time!
