I’m glad to see that others are finally speaking up. It appears there are repeated concerns about random hours being billed and then, on the actual day of court, either requesting additional payment at the last minute or not showing up at all. That is unacceptable. There needs to be a serious review of billing practices. Old files should be audited, and any questionable or unjustified charges should be removed.
