LIARS!!!! And LAZY!!! Every single person that answers the phone in this office is a liar. I made an appointment for my dog (first time) about a month ago. I asked them at that time to call my current vet hospital and request the records. Guess what? I called back to confirm the appointment a few days ago - nobody requested the records.
