Dr. Maddalozzo was God-sent. He has the best bed-side manner I’ve seen from a doctor. He instantly made us feel at ease through his optimism, gentle care, sense of humor and empathy. My son couldn’t be in better hands. I strongly recommend him for any ENT needs, when it comes to your child you want the best care available and Dr. Maddalozzo checks all the boxes and more!
He is kind of rude and it’s always a long wait. He performed my son’s surgery and was 2.5 hours behind schedule. I just had an appointment because my son has been snoring and it was 2 hours before we even spoke to him and when we did…he was abrupt and got a little irritated with my follow up questions. He was literally in the room for about 3 minutes and tried to walk out after he was done talking.
Sorry, can't say I recommend Dr. Maddalozzo. He was ok I guess, but we ended up switching to another ENT. One of the things that sticks out to me the most was when our son (less than 2yrs old), was about to have ear tube surgery - we were waiting for a LONG time before surgery. Then all of a sudden the Dr. comes in reeking of cigarette smoke. Also, when I told another ENT later that's who did our son's ear tube surgery, the other ENT said "Oh, he's still practicing?", but didn't really say it in a good way. Sorry, wish I c... read more
