I waited to write this review because I wanted to be fair. I came in on August 29 with virgin hair, a clear inspiration photo, and specifically asked for a color with a shadow root. I also explained how important protecting the integrity of my hair was to me. The initial placement was much lower than the shadow root I requested and looked more like a balayage. Maddie is the best and she's so great on being flexible and always gives me the best hair ever!
I have never gone to any sort of hair place before, my mom always did my haircuts. I was recommended here and I was so happy with the service and staff. I was nervous about my hair and my anxiety calmed down instantly. My mom passed away in 2022, and I’ve had untouched hair ever since. I felt so relieved to get this done, and again my stylist Katrina was so friendly and I felt so comfortable in their space. I have been going to Madison for 7 years now. She is very friendly and personal. We see each other out in public and say hi and talk. I love the services I always get. Maddison always knows how to make you feel like family. I would recommend her to anyone. My kids love her and always get excited for my appointment.
