Burger came dry did not look like a “smash burger” nor did it taste like one. Came out bad
Ordered on just eat but it never arrived so we went down to Madbuns to see what they could do but instead of turning us away they made the whole 70 meal again 2 mins before closing without charging us a penny. Super nice people 100% recommendations to this place. Manager and dude working at tills with blond hair was a HUGE help.

Very disappointing experience with Madbuns takeaway. I waited over an hour for my order and had to call them twice just to find out what was happening. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and soggy, completely ruining the experience. Waiting that long only to receive poor-quality food is unacceptable. Definitely not worth the wait. Very disappointed and would not recommend
The shop was clean amazing the food was 10/10 definitely coming back it was worth all the money bilal was so cool and amazing
