Excellent place for whitewater kayaking!
Stellar experience! Expert and supportive instruction, lovely rustic setting with amenities (including a sauna), especially good food and snacks, friendly and receptive staff. I gained skills and confidence in my paddling whilst having a blast!! Highest recommendation.
My partner and I recently enjoyed a weekend whitewater canoe course at MKC and loved every minute of it! We like to refer to it as “adult summer camp” with the additional bonus of top notch instruction! We were seriously so impressed with the entire operation from the meals and kitchen staff to the jam-packed itinerary and cozy lodging. We would highly recommend MKC to anyone considering a whitewater course!
We had such an amazing experience at Madawaska! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Roxy was especially wonderful — so friendly and kind, and she went above and beyond to make my daughters feel comfortable and excited. The rafting trip itself was the perfect balance of fun and family-friendly adventure. My 3-year-old had an absolute blast and didn’t want it to end, which says it all! The 4 of us had a great time today! We did the family adventure tour with Ember as our guide. It was mama, dada, Gus(7) and grandma. We all loved it!!!! Ember was hilarious and extremely knowledgeable. We even got to see Jim Carey’s cousin’s cottage and heard about the cottage cheese factory ghost cows!!!!!
