Del Madani is possibly the worst Attorney I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. He represented the purchaser and tried to extort me out of $5,000 on the closing day because he's a fool and told his client to do a walkthrough of my house 4 days before closing. Thank GOD I had a reputable attorney that reported him to the ARDC for legitimate extortion.
