ALL THE RED FLAGS!!! My teenager was referrered to Dr. Prasad. I called them up. The doctor is the one that answered the phone -- not staff. I think it was a cell phone. The referral was sent to his 'office' 3 weeks prior. He said he didn't receive it because his secretary was sick. At this point, I wasn't even sure if there was a secretary to begin with!
