If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this lawyer and his secretary was extremely disappointing and stressful from start to finish. The secretary made multiple mistakes throughout the process, and when I brought it up, the lawyer said to speak directly with him because he's “the one in charge.” But when I did, he was incredibly rude, dismissive, and even aggressive.
