Only lived here for a year but I enjoyed my stay the entire time. Very convenient location to the city, helpful staff, and fast maintenance on any issues we had. A great place to be!
I’ve been in Madamore Apartment a month and half now and I love it so far! I needed two repairs in my apartment and two maintenance guys names Joe and Brennon they fixed it away for me. They are awesome and very friendly! The two people from the office Paulina and Carey are very helpful! I feel so comfortable and safe here too! I like it that it’s clean and less bugs. I don’t care for bugs but here is definitely better! I would definitely recommend this apartment to people I know!
Do not move there. Place looks great since it’s new but safety is a major issue. My best friend has been there for almost a year and during that time, several instances of vehicle theft and break-ins. Multiple instances of gunshots. Someone also had a bullet go through their apartment window. I thought of moving but after hearing and seeing everything go down with very little response from management till residents make a fuss, I would rather not. I have been having car troubles recently and I needed a jump start. Joe, the maintenance guy, took time out of his day to help me. He taught me how to jump my car and also made sure my car was charged enough. He has also always asked to make sure everything was running smoothly since I moved in recently. The staff seems to be very helpful here!
After living at Madamore for 3 years, I can finally give a genuine review. Sorry, but its long. 1. My cousin visited few times and playfully calls the place 'moldamore' due to how often I had to clean black appearing mold substance off every area where there was plumbing/water (the shower, sinks, toilet- it was truly disgusting). A resident recently posted about their 'mold' issue taking over their apartment with absolutely zero concession received for the complete ordeal on a new building.
