I’ve been at the Madamore for two years and just re-signed for the third year. First year I lived in a 1-bed, then moved to a 2-bed with a roommate, and now I’m currently living in a Studio for my third year. I really have nothing bad to say about this place. The office is literally right next to the main entrance with windows where you see the office staff and even make eye contact with them! Yet they see you and all of that but still continue to ignore you when you’re physically unable to open the door. Just that experience alone, if you are physically disabled in any way, management does absolutely nothing to assist tenants or guests. Hannah and Suz have been an incredible help throughout the leasing and move-in process! Since signing for my apartment three months ago, communication with Hannah has been seamless and timely. Every question and concern I've had has been addressed promptly, and during my move-in weekend she was quick to help navigate some last-minute scheduling changes.
