Madalyn is truly one of a kind. The way she navigated simultaneously selling our house and helping us buy a house was a work of art. She held our hand through all the nuances and made us feel completely comfortable. She was confident, kind, caring and patient. She really knows what she’s doing and it shows. I’m not sure any other agent could have pulled off what she did. If you are thinking about buying or selling, you couldn’t be in better hands. I feel like I have the best realtor and gained a friend in the process.

Madalyn gave us the ideal home-buying experience! My wife and I were first-time home-buyers, and she walked us through every single detail of the home search and buying process, making us feel at ease. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the Charlotte real estate market, and was able to guide us through how properties were valued. She really made us feel comfortable and made the process fun! Madalyn is amazing! We recently used her to sell our townhome in South End and she knocked it out of the park. She came prepared to our pre listing discussion with comps, a suggested price range, and reasoning behind her recommendation. Once we went live, she handled everything from staging, photos and showings. This has been the absolute easiest home buying experience I could have asked for. Madalyn is so very good at what she does, helping find options, providing expert guidance, and as a buyer I felt my concerns and needs were the priority. Madalyn was so much fun to work with! She got to know me and my husband, and I felt like she really understood what we were looking for in a home. She found our dream home in a single day, although she made it tough with a close second place. I was so impressed with her knowledge of the Charlotte market. She knew all the details for grocery stores, gyms, etc and gave us a ton of confidence in picking an area to live as we were relocating from Texas. Thankful for you Mads!!
