Love this place! It’s the first gym I’ve ever committed to and look forward to every day! The staff is top notch, they really care about you as a person, focus on quality over quantity and rest! I’m 3 months in and feeling great!
This place is awesome. Went for my first class today and I’m definitely joining. John was the trainer tonight for class and I appreciate the thourough explanation of the work out. I like that they are firm on start time and don’t compromise the work out for late comers. I felt like he cared about us doing the work out properly which is what I need because I have been injured in the past working out in bad form. The gym is clean and equipment looked updated. Definitely returning for more classes.
I’ve been looking for a workout like this for a while, and MADabolic ended up being exactly what I needed. The classes are structured, challenging, and actually make sense. John is an amazing trainer. He pays attention to everyone in class and really helps with technique, which I appreciate. You can tell he cares about people doing things the right way and staying safe. Good energy and a workout that actually feels worth it.
