MADabolic Jupiter is amazing. Since being there, I have noticed changes in my energy levels and physique. The coaches are great. They demonstrate each exercise and give notes on common form mistakes. They walk around the class and give pointers on how to improve form limiting chances for injury. There is also a sense of community at the gym, which I really enjoy. I highly recommend giving it a try.
Great class, I love that there was both strength and conditioning included, and although each station was timed, your goal was not to hit a certain amount of reps, it was to focus on good form and increasing weights. I felt very welcomed and am excited to take more classes.
This is a great place to get an amazing workout because the instructors and the people that come here are amazing and helpful. The instructors have demonstrated excellent knowledge and a thoughtfulness and care for each individual as they check your form and correct you or make suggestions and modifications to your movements that work best for you.
