I really enjoy the approach. I feel like I can progress at a pace that feels good to me-someday I’ll get to the next weight selection ! I like the challenge of moving through a workout with a focus on proper form, and working at a pace that feels comfortable while simultaneously challenging. Great music, great atmosphere!
