I joined MADabolic in May and absolutely love it. The instructors are fantastic, and I especially love the music choices from the instructors I take most often. I also love, love, love that the programming takes the mental load out of planning my own workouts. I still supplement with heavier lifting on my off days, but I’m so happy to have found a gym that checks off so many of the boxes for me. The space is also extremely clean, and the atmosphere is always friendly and accommodating. I’ve really enjoyed it!

MADabolic Charlottesville is a solid gym for people who have an hour to spare and want to get a great workout in. The classes are well-structured and the energy is good. That said, for the price, it’s hard to justify since you can only use it during class times. If they allowed open gym access when classes aren’t running, it would absolutely be close to worth every penny.

Challenging workout with a focus on form and strength. Great music, great atmosphere!
