MADabolic Charlottesville is a solid gym for people who have an hour to spare and want to get a great workout in. The classes are well-structured and the energy is good. That said, for the price, it’s hard to justify since you can only use it during class times. If they allowed open gym access when classes aren’t running, it would absolutely be close to worth every penny.
Challenging workout with a focus on form and strength. Great music, great atmosphere!
Jojo is the best! The best workout in Charlottesville hands-down and such a fun and welcoming community. Highly recommend!
