I cannot recommend madabolic enough! I’ve been using this as my primary form of exercise for over 4 years and it’s truly the best gym I’ve found. Compared to other places, I’ve appreciated the way I can integrate it into my lifestyle without having to spend hours upon hours at a gym. The trainers take the time to ensure you have proper form, and the programming actually makes sense and is intentional.
I did the two-week trial and loved it more than any previous gym or class, so I joined! MADabolic mixes strength training with punching and aerobic activities for a great, intense workout. You pick your strength level at the start of class so it’s great for beginners and body builders both. My form is corrected by the trainer throughout to ensure I don’t injure myself. Classes are limited to 25 people and are a mix of everyone you might see in real life. I love the community and friendliness of the staff!
I can't say enough great things about MAD! I’ve been going for 2.5 years through 2 post partum journies and have seen real results. If you're serious about strength training this is the place to be. The coaches are motivating and all my fellow MAD goers are all friendly making early mornings fun!
Great workout! I love the diversity of the workout routine! The coaches also ensure you are doing the different workouts properly! Update: Madabolic Alexandria is the gym to go to! I’ve been a member since December 2023 and I have seen a tremendous change in my body. The coaches there are top tier! They continue to motivate me and celebrate my progress! It has been a great experience!
