I can't say enough great things about MAD! I’ve been going for 2.5 years through 2 post partum journies and have seen real results. If you're serious about strength training this is the place to be. The coaches are motivating and all my fellow MAD goers are all friendly making early mornings fun!
Great workout! I love the diversity of the workout routine! The coaches also ensure you are doing the different workouts properly! Update: Madabolic Alexandria is the gym to go to! I’ve been a member since December 2023 and I have seen a tremendous change in my body. The coaches there are top tier! They continue to motivate me and celebrate my progress! It has been a great experience!

I can’t say enough good things about MAD! Adam & all of the trainers truly care & foster an extremely inviting environment. Form is a top priority for the trainers, which I haven’t found at all gyms. I have definitely gotten much stronger in the time I’ve been a member here & I am deeply sad to be moving out of the area because I love this workout community so much. You will not regret trying MAD out.
