I travel for work a lot, so I am unbelievably grateful for the lack of thinking MADabolic requires on my part (so lame, but so true!). I know if I make it to 1 class of each intention per week, my muscles will be worked and challenged in an effective and efficient way. I also know that if I’m lazy/tired and my form is suffering, the coaches will correct me to make sure I stay safe. There is a reason this place keeps winning “Best of Cville” - you will not be disappointed!!
