I’ve been going to MADabolic for about 6-7 months and can attest that I’ve gotten stronger since I started. I started at white plate and have worked my way up to mixed plate (iykyk). Brittani and her team are great and will push you!
MADabolic is amazing in many ways. The first and best thing I can is that it’s quick, easy, and free to try. You can download the app, quickly sign up for a free class, and see for yourself!
