Both Dr. Mada and the front desk are professionals and friendly, my family and I are pleased to be treated by this office.
If the doctor doesn’t wanna lose her business she gotta change her staff my friend waited 3 weeks just to get a referral for objyn she didn’t get until she went to the office and had a huge fight until she finally got it
Waited 15 days for referral, we had to reschedule our specialist appointment 3 times just because they don’t care, good luck with an hour of waiting time to get an answer on phone… bs excuses. BE AWARE, they will charge your insurance even if you cancel your appointment days earlier. If Fadia stayed home, others can’t cover her job( FYI she’s the worst).
Office does not pick up calls, 20 min or more on hold. Outrages.
