My son loves the class but if anything goes wrong - good luck. The teacher didn't show for one of the weekly sessions at his elementary school - reached out and was assured a makeup session would be added or a refund offered. Neither happened and no communication since, even in reply to numerous email channels. Left a serious sour taste in my mouth for a company to leave a group of early elementary kids alone then offer no apologies or reassurance it won't happen again or to recoup the cost for parents. Scheduling was easy. The company was great with calling to confirm and the mad scientist was on time (so logistically I would rate a 5). The actual show was disappointing. It was supposed to last an hour. I paid for two additional add ons, one of which was dry ice. The dry ice seemed to take up 50% of the time and the entire time with the mad scientist took just under an hour. I can’t imagine what it would have been without the two extra things I paid for. Mad Scientists of West Jersey was an excellent audition to my daughter Slime party. The service was very educational, very engaging and met the children where they were academically. It made science fun and I feel at age 6. This is the time to introduce science in a fun way to children to encourage them to go into STEM programs as a profession.

I hired Mad Science for a 7th birthday party. The entire process of booking was very straightforward. My questions were answered promptly. Some last minute adjustments had to be made for good reasons and the activities were fairly amended. Our scientist, Allen the Alchemist, was such a good sport with the group of girls in attendance.
