Our son loves this program. This is his second round and will do it again if it comes around.
Like other reviewers have mentioned, I had an initial video call with the General Manager. After a great conversation, I confirmed I was very interested in booking for a specific date and time, which she indicated was available. We agreed she would follow up with an email to finalize the details. Unfortunately, I never received that follow-up. I sent three emails and left a voicemail, all without any response.
