called about my cat limping, the lady on the phone told me that if I'm not a client she can't help (which I'm not unreasonable, I understand). she didnt even offer to schedule a visit. ill keep looking for a new vet thanks.

Dr. Nikki and staff are amazing! We have five pets (some have chronic conditions) and occasionally foster so the vet is our second home :) We are proud to call MRVH our vet and highly recommend them!
Dont care about animals or listen when you say your animal is in pain. Put a cast on wrong and took 2 more appointment to get it changed and now my dog has blood coming through the cast we MADE them change stating it was causing sores 😡 when they are covering it up and never told us there was a sore!! Have to find a new vet since they could care or less about their animals

I had a dog get sick they was very good with her it cost me 790 I payed most up front an had to make payments I only owe 90 now an I have a puppy 3 weeks old that has a swelled spot on his face the wont see him unless I pay all of the money on him the day of service. this makes me thank they r just in it 4 the money
I want to say thank you so much for being there in a vary tough time for me. ALL THE STAFF were vary comforting. once again thank you so much from me and my dog nala. I miss that dog alot I feel like I lost one of my children.
I’d like to give my personal recommendation for this veterinary hospital. As a vet tech I can choose any facility that I want. I love this practice! There is no doubt that they gave me five extra years with my beloved border collie Katy after she was diagnosed with lymphoma. She had a lot of health issues and I am forever grateful for the love, compassion, expertise, kindness & Professionalism that they extended to me and to her!
