The person who greets you on the phone and in the office is very sweet and friendly (we had some good laughs too). The gal who did my initial eye test was also very sweet, knowledgeable and thorough. Then there’s Dr Morgan McClintic- incredibly bright, very reassuring and went beyond to formulate a plan for me. I cannot say enough about this office and this Doctor! Thank you for taking such great care of me and what a gift that you are in our town.
Absolutely professional and very friendly. I will definitely use them as my only optometrist, and will happily recommend them to anyone looking for one. Staff was awesome, and the doc was really great. 10/10
When I had an issue that I was really concerned about, they got me in same-day, even though I wasn’t an established patient with them. They were very thorough with their testing, found out what the issue was, and put me on the path to correct it. They were extremely kind and sweet to me, which really meant a lot. Beautiful office too!
This morning was my first appointment with the practice. Everything was communicated well prior to the appointment and they had all the information needed before I arrived. I was greeted promptly and all staff was polite, attentive and friendly. The facility is very clean, spacious and has comfortable seating both in the waiting area and in the rooms used for examinations and consulting. The Mad River Eye Care practice is everything you could hope for in an eye clinic. Judy, at the front desk, is warm and welcoming and found a way to fit me in so I could address a problem I was having. Jessica who did my initial eye exam explained everything that was doing and patiently listened as I explained my problems.
