I'm waiting for emergency care for my daughter. There is not enough instructions on what to do. You first have to wait outside the triage, there is a button you are supposed to press, but it asked you only press once. I was waiting for 20 minutes before someone else walked up and pressed the button 3 times. Finally someone came out. After triage, they told us where to go, but not what to do from there. I was apperiently supposed to wait in the waiting room until registration called our name. How was I to know this when no on... read more
This hospital is not a place I would recommend. Takes forever to get an appointment. Can't reach the department you need due to no one answering their phone. Billing takes forever, doctors won't return calls for test results. I was misinformed on a diagnosis when the radiologist wouldn't answer my questions and routed it to a moron who said everything was fine and it wasn't. I hate mad river.
