Thank you I have been customer since 2002 to present. I have made many Christmas ornaments there over the years. Our group started out with just four children and an adult and through the years we have added two more children. So this is a large group to deal with and I want items that are creative and take alot of time to make. The owner has been nothing but nice and has always made wonderful comments around my children. Delivered as promised I took my kids there to make a plate and mug for their grandparents for Christmas. I knew Christmas was coming up fast, so I called and asked if they would be able to have my pieces ready. I was told to call them on Monday to remind them that I needed them fired ASAP, so I did and my pieces were ready to pick up on Wednesday.
Mad Platter is a decent place My children and I enjoyed painting at The Mad Platter. It was a lot harder than I thought it would be but fun. My only complaint is that we went there and painted over a month ago and still haven't recieved the things we made. My kids made Christmas ornaments and that holiday has come and gone! I would recommend them just don't get in a hurry to get your items back!
