Complelty disappointed with the service.
We used mad paws to guarantee a sitter. You pay a premium for this. They can cancel at the last minute and have no email or contact number to reach to help manage their unreliable sitters. Mad paws pls respond. We need not just a refund of the sitter but our 3 day accommodation because you have no customer service. Be warned, mad paws all care but no responsibility, it you are planning a trip you cannot count on them.
I have been trying to sign up as a sitter on madpaws for a few months now. I cannot get any email answered from their customer service team. Shocking service
We recently had an unfortunate experience with Adrian, who we found through MadPaws. Our 6-year-old Golden Retriever, Benji, stayed with him last week, and while the sitter had great reviews and the meet-and-greet with his Maremmano dog went smoothly, our experience was far from what we had hoped for.
