Mad Paddle Brewstillery? More like the Mud Puddle! We were visiting Madison for a birthday trip and expected better. We waited over 10 minutes without being acknowledged, while larger parties seated after us received service first. Our waitress, finally arrived with not a hint of an apology simply asking what we wanted. Missing celery with my wings, no check-in, and a check dropped off without a thank-you. Incredible place!!!, great food, drinks and live music!! Highly recommend this place!!
We waited over one hour for our food and some of the food was cold. They did replace it, but they did not discount the bill. Also, the layout was very confusing. There were signs about no kids allowed, but kids were allowed, which was good because we had our kids with us, but we just weren’t sure where they were allowed and where they were not allowed. Overall, not a great experience.
Mad Paddle Brewery was our Wednesday evening destination while visiting Madison, Indiana, and they welcomed 18 members of our team for dinner. One of the first things that caught my attention was the character of the building.
