Could not recommend enough for weddings with unconventional and moody color schemes. We would give her ten stars if we could. My now-wife and I booked her as an event coordinator and as our decorator/florist, and we requested a theme combining tropical, moody, and gothic aesthetics for our intimate wedding which we were pretty anxious about since it was such a non-traditional idea for a wedding -- but Grisell CRUSHED the execution. We celebrated our wedding at Adams estate in lake Alfred, and we came across Grisell at quite short notice prior to our wedding, but we honestly don’t know what we would have done without her. She went above and beyond on the run up to the wedding and especially on the day. Cannot thank her and her team enough, thank you so much for making our day the most magical fairytale ❤️

I do not recommend booking with Mad Odd Events or 1010 West, and here’s why : I was a December 2022 bride, who found Grissel through the venue that we booked, 1010 West . It has taken us this long (now 2025) to even find the words to write a review, because my husband and I have been so disgusted with Grissel and 1010 Wests behavior from years ago, that we couldn’t form words. I was a bride from Northern Virginia and found Grisell though a local fb page. After an initial introduction I learned she was working out of Orlando Florida. While I had reservations about hiring someone states away, Grisell understood the overall look, design, and feel I wanted for my wedding. She was so patient with all of my questions and changes.
