This place is a scam, their website said $95 for 2 hours when I checked a few days ago and they tried to charge me $115 in fees for a total of $210 for a $95 advertised price and then now their website says it is $145 today when you go to book, but still $95 other places and if you call them and talk to a different person the price is magically $190 instead of $210. This was a very disappointing experience. It was the low point of our family trip to Utah, which is very surprising since we had a such a wonderful time with Mad Moose UTV rentals two days prior (Robb was a great guide for UTVs and made the experience stellar!) Upon arrival at Quail Creek, we learned that a) we had to pay an entrance fee per car and b) we couldn’t have alcohol on the boat. Neither was mentioned on the website. Great place to take someone to get used to a waverunner. Small lake but definitely large enough for the number of people and to get full speed. Practice turning and there’s even some cones to try to dart between. Be respectful of their equipment. They go 56mph max. :-) roughly 100/hr for pure fun. On a hot day, I would get their addon for a rope and wakeboard! Highly recommend this place! Very friendly and helpful staff.
Absolutely unacceptable experience. We booked a 5-seater Polaris well in advance for the Matt’s Off-Road event, only to get a call while we were literally driving there saying our rental was no longer available. What’s even worse is that they made zero effort to fix the situation. No replacement unit, no upgrade, no discount, no attempt to help us find another rental, and no effort to contact any other companies in the area.
