Just came from Mad Men in Schaumburg. It could NOT have gone worse! The barber was uncooperative, and argumentative. When I expressed dissatisfaction, he told me my hair was parted in the wrong place, and that I failed to tell him, "in inches", exactly how much I wanted cut off. When I went to pay, I expected the "Senior" rate ($20), but was told that it had changed, and it was now $25. The owner told me "I haven't updated the website yet". When I walked in, 2 employees stopped their conversation to greet me. I was a couple minutes early so I waited for the barber to finish his previous appointment. My appointment started on time and Erwin did a fantastic job. Overall the experience was great and I will be a regular moving forward. Not sure what the bad reviews are all about, everything is customer focused and I felt like they actually care about their quality of work.

I take my brother for a cut there and we always leave super satisfied with absolutely everything from walking in to walking out they have super friendly staff and amazing barbers!! We mainly book with Nino and he does an amazing job! Overall 10/10, highly recommend!!!!

Didn’t even bother making an appointment—customer service was terrible! No proper greeting, just a plain “hello” that made me question if I even called the right place. Take your business somewhere that values professionalism!
