I’ve taken a few of my vehicles here for various issues and always been very satisfied! Knowledgeable mechanics and friendly office staff.
Mechanics are competent, issue was w/ the gals in the office; they didn’t seem like they were interested in performing any warranty work. She didn’t seem happy about checking she said they will do some companies, but not others, they will do some warrenty work, just not all that would be applicable. So what good that would do I’m not too sure…it was definitely a hassle running down all the info for her to blow it off wasted my time The mechanics 5 star - front office 2 stars averaged out; 3 stars
My son is a mechanic there. If you help with your fleet vehicle, gasoline or diesel, this is the place to go.
So I’ve taken 2 of trucks to this place and I gave them three chances. Each time I left the truck broke down on the way home. Both occasions they never did fix the actual issue but you’d be damn sure they found other issues that were supposedly the problem. Each one of my bills were over $2000, and when it broke down, they didn’t even offer to pay for the tow cost to get it back to the shop because they obviously didn’t fix it right the first time… I would not recommend these mechanics to my enemy, because I would want my en... read more
