I cannot say enough good about the entire team at mad mechanics. Jodi at the front desk and Jason the shops manager, turned what I thought was going to be a nightmare for me into nothing more than a sweet memory. Paid 1100 to have serpentine belt and tensioner replaced along with having them quote a leaky sunroof and servicing my terminal cables New tensioner will not stop squealing so the mechanic put a washer behind it and told me that’s the best they can get it now I’m stuck with a car that won’t stop squealing and wasn’t squealing prior. Wish I would’ve never had them replace the tensioner to begin with
They changed my blown turbo in 2 days with 0 heads up notice. Very good price as well. Very nice people as well. Idk what some of these reviews are all about.
Great service on bigger vehicles. All staff were friendly and helpful.
