Very courteous, professional, and prompt. I brought my truck in with a stuck EGR valve and they fixed the issue, and were very hospitable to me and my dog while we waited for the service to be performed.
Went to the Kennewick branch — great customer service. Was for just an “oil change”… was supposed to have an appointment but apparently google instead calls Spokane branch for some reason but they got me in pretty fast still. Thank you for the quality service and customer service. Would go back here over the dealership.
Had a brake master cylinder installed. Brakes work much better now.
What a rip off. I already had the problem diagnosed. Just needed a battery and a multimeter. They took advantage of the situation because my wife called for road side service. They charged me 3 times for the service call. 2 shop hours to come out, then another service fee for mileage and 3rd for drive time. Service guy told me that its standard for shops to charge 3 times for service fees. Then the mechanic takes credit for my diag with 1.25hr shop fee. Greatest Regret Ever!! Took my truck in for suspension service. When I got home. There were loose nuts and bolts EVERYWHERE. please don't take your car into this shop. Not unless you wanna see your tire fly across the highway.
