I cannot say enough good about the entire team at mad mechanics. Jodi at the front desk and Jason the shops manager, turned what I thought was going to be a nightmare for me into nothing more than a sweet memory. I was on a long trip heading through Washington on my way out of Tri-Cities. When I thought I blew my turbo on my 6.7 Cummins. I was able to limp my truck into their shop not knowing when at all they would be able to get to it. I told them my story. Paid 1100 to have serpentine belt and tensioner replaced along with having them quote a leaky sunroof and servicing my terminal cables New tensioner will not stop squealing so the mechanic put a washer behind it and told me that’s the best they can get it now I’m stuck with a car that won’t stop squealing and wasn’t squealing prior. Wish I would’ve never had them replace the tensioner to begin with
