This message is a clear statement to the team who failed my objective several times. At least 10 times I have noticed their lack of communication and promise to fix the radiator that wasn't installed properly and caused the car to blow after they replaced the engine, gear box. I highly suggest the team can work on their, response rate, customer service and quality of service. I wont go in detail with the nightmare I was taken through.
Tried to call, phone was just hung up on me. Won't try again. You just lost a sale.
Alright where do I begin. Got a second hand engine and new radiator from here in 2023. Was a reasonable price for the parts but the reinstallation by them was terrible and took way too long, didnt have the car for months and kept getting delayed. Missing bolts and screws, windscreen water box wasn't installed properly, air-conditioning not working and the radiator wasn't clamped in properly which led to the car breaking down.
