They tried to reschedule my booking the morning of my service and when I reiterated the time crunch associated with the move out, they committed to send another team later that same day. They cancelled this rescheduled appointment on me as well and offered no attempt to rectify the issue and ignored my phone calls. We use Mad Maids regularly and every time they do a great job for us! Their teams are friendly and always do a walkthrough at the end to make sure we are happy and we always are! We have two dogs (so much dust and grass!!) and after Mad Maids comes through it looks like a different house. Thanks Mad Maids!
