They tried to go cheap and sent one person instead of the promised 2-member crew. Poor girl was alone by herself detailing an entire house. I had to step in to help for a service I paid for. The cleaner did a really good job she gets 5/5. The 2 stars is for management. Please don't exploit your workers for max profit margin. If you promise to send 2 members, send 2 and pay them. Very dissatisfied as a first time customer. We had booked to do a 2 hour clean with 2 cleaners. The attention to detail was lacking, and the cleaning crew arrived with a vacuum that didn’t function properly and they asked to use mine. Despite leaving specific instructions multiple areas were left untouched. One of the cleaners rearranged items (unsolicited) to the point where we had to reorganize it after the fact. August 2024: 0/5 stars for unreliable service and lack of accountability. I booked a $300+ move out clean with this company over a week in advance. They tried to reschedule my booking the morning of my service and when I reiterated the time crunch associated with the move out, they committed to send another team later that same day. They cancelled this rescheduled appointment on me as well and offered no attempt to rectify the issue and ignored my phone calls.
