I just ordered this via DoorDash within the past hour. This fish is fried HARD and not enjoyable at all. Stop leaving the fish in the grease so long. You may also want to clean your grease. I’ve order the 1/2 cat consistently and this is the worst.
The Glory Greens from the can really turned me down - bass taste nice / hush puppies are fried hard
Be a long time before I eat at this one again. Fish hard like was cooked to long, and it was salty. Spent almost $17.00 for a lb. Of basa very disappointed.
