Jack is a real professional, he's super communicative and straightforward to work with. He was very transparent in what his process is and what costs would be. As soon as he got into my bike and had a diagnosis he called me and talked through what he found and the short and longterm implications of the situation. My bike was done ahead of his projected timing, and I received an itemized bill via email. He knew I was riding the bike over the weekend, and texted me first thing Monday to ask how it felt and ran. Jack is great source of knowledge and all the bikes I've seen from his shop look awesome
I moved to CA in 2016, after couple dealer letdowns and 2 private shop letdowns, friends turned me onto Mad Jack Racing. Jack got my 2004 525 cranking again (submerged water issues), built a 2017 500, really built up 2022 500 and tuned my 2020 1290. What sets him apart is he is a text or phone call away, if your a customer and he can troubleshoot remote he doesn't say to bring bike in to make a few bucks.
