I never write reviews so this means a lot. Jack answered my call, helped me diagnose the problem over the phone and then gave me tips all before recommending I bring the bike into his shop. He was extremely fair with his pricing and time spent on the bike. Several weeks after I got the bike back out of the blue Jack sent me a text asking how the bike was. Jack is a stand up, above and beyond guy. I highly recommend his service.

Jack is a real professional, he's super communicative and straightforward to work with. He was very transparent in what his process is and what costs would be. As soon as he got into my bike and had a diagnosis he called me and talked through what he found and the short and longterm implications of the situation.
