On the 37th day the vehicle stopped running. Gustavo said it needed a new engine! Which is another 6k! Gustavo no longer works there. They only answer the phones for potential new customers. They avoid people that already bought cars from them. I want my money back.!!
We put down $4k on a truck. The check engine light came on after a week. Gustavo said it was just the gas cap. Right after the 30 warranty was up the car stopped running! They said it would be 6k for a new motor. We simply could not afford it. Now the truck is for sale again! It's the blue Doge Laramie. They fixed it and are selling it instead of returning the truck back to us. They expect us to simply forget about the 4k we put down. We gave them a positive review in the beginning. Drove down five hours to pick up Lexus Gs350 and the deal was smooth thank you, Gustavo and Ray.01/16/25 ‼️Update ‼️ _It is now March and the DMV has not received the car title ! And to add the temp tag is OUT! My have and I both have called attempting to resolve the issue, but they are avoiding and delaying our calls . There’s more, but I hope this was enough to make you think twice.before settling here .
