Did not know weekends were by appointment when I showed up on a Saturday (weekdays are first come first serve). They were still able to get me in about 30 minutes after I showed up. They bring you out to the garage to show you exactly what needs fixed with your car on the lift. Cannot beat the prices or turnaround time at this shop. Only place I’m going for exhaust issues going forward. 5⭐️

I am so impressed with how this business is operated! I had a rattling sound coming from the bottom of my car, went to Mad Hatter to get it checked out. Was told at the counter that there was a 3 hour wait. They kindly gave me a number and told me to call in an hour or so to get a better time on when to come back. I ran a few errands, called and they told me to come back. They immediately got my car in and looked at, found it was just a broken heat shield and they didn’t even charge me to get it off! That was amazing! I guess Mad Hatter Muffler in Columbus really IS the way to go! They open at 8, I was 4th in line, they had me checked in, my car assessed by 8:15, take me under the car to see the problem, a pipe that had come completely loose. They say they'll weld a new piece in place and be done by 8:30, I've paid my bill and am out the door by 8:40. $59.13! I thought I'd be there half the day and owe a couple hundred — if I was lucky. Fantastic service! It’s a “first come, first serve” place, but when it’s your turn, they’ll take you out under the vehicle, and show you exactly what’s wrong. You see it with you own eyes, and they don’t overcharge for something you don’t need. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️Highly recommend this very friendly and professional business!!!
Totally satisfied with them. I had a leak in my exhaust, they repaired it and it only cost me $55. It is great to find a honest establishment
I had a muffler welded by them a month ago and it fell off. Worst welders I’ve ever seen.
