From the first phone call they were super polite..told us to bring the car in that day if possible. We weren't able to get it in until the next morning but they have a key drop box if you get there before opening.. as I was filling out the slip to drop the keys off a gentlemen whom I believe was named Vince opened the door earlier than opening time and got us checked in.
