I’m a huge fan. I was ready to spend a significant amount of money with them and upon their suggestion we tried something. Their idea worked and I no longer need to spend more money with them. That’s integrity. They have my business going forward.
We have a stove fireplace and have never used it and they not only cleaned it but took the time to walk us through how to properly operate it and maintain it. Will use again!
Bad communication. Have called no less than 5 times and have been waiting for a call back about a quote for over a month. Service team that did inspection was nice and prompt but I cannot get any information needed afterwards.
