First I must say that I love the food and customer service always but today the cashier was sort of unprofessional and rude I was never offered a bag for my order and she took her time handing me my food and when she did so she did it with an unprofessional attitude. I Highly recommend not having that specific employee at the register it ruins the great customer service experience and the atmosphere.
First time trying this spot! Ordered the Elote Mac Bowl, and I LOVED it! Delicious, filling & worth the price! Service was quick & friendly!

I ordered online 2 days in advance and the system failed to communicate with the restaurant. I got an email 15 min before I was supposed to pick up a lunch for 6 people for a very important meeting at work that the system didn't communicate with the store. I went down to the store panicked but the manager and team took care of me even though it was during their lunch rush. I was able to get lunch set up for the meeting at work just in time.
