Long wait for 20 pieces of chicken. Why include an option for pick up time when it's not even accurate. I got there a few minutes early, my pick up time was at 8pm. I watched other orders get filled while i waited half an hour for my food. The cook
Mad for chicken while a franchise are individually owned. They have slightly different menus and some as this one do not have desserts. The wings at this location are small and while I was told they use the same breading mix, they tasted different then the delicious ones I get at the Plainview location. The beef dish I’d ordered with the glass noodles was not especially good. The servicer, while sweet was not percise. I’m not sure if each location has the same hours as Mondays Plainview is closed. I eat here a few times a month. The food is always fresh and tasty. The place is also clean. Marcello is always nice and attentive. Definitely recommend coming here.
