I was visiting Holton and Google maps popped up with a recommendation. So I dropped by Mad Eliza's and I was not disappointed! The service was excellent and I ended up with a blueberry muffin it was excellent but the display case is filled with cakes and macaroons and doughnuts. From appearances I don't think you can make a wrong choice. They so not serve espresso drinks but they do have wonderful drip coffee I believe by blue jazz roasters. We decided to drive around the town courthouse square and saw the bakery was open. We went in and bought 3 different muffins: a orange/cranberry, mocha, and blueberry. They were the most delicious tasting I've ever had, and had wonderful texture. 6 stars out of 5.

There are so many great options! It's hard to pick just one or two things when I want to purchase one of everything! Their bread puddings are literally the best and the tiramisu is flawless. The raspberry chocolate chip cheesecake cones are seriously good.
