My husband and I purchased a lifetime membership approximately 8 years ago. Pays in full on the spot when promotion was made . We paid $600 and were sure we have a lifetime membership as it was promised. Returning to the gym we found out our contract is not honored anymore. We were canceled without notification or any explanation. Contacting with the manager left a bitter taste: she was rude, and said we have to buy a new membership package.

The community is awesome
When cardio equipment goes down, it takes them months before fixing it. Even their Sauna benches wasn’t replaced until months later. Maddog does the minimum, but expect you to pay the maximum price. i.e charge you their high annual fee, even though you canceled membership over thirty days prior. Avoid this place if you can.
