As member that came from bullhead city health club & moved to mad dogs back in November last year best gym in bullhead city a lot of equipment then before got nice ass massage chairs & sauna. Definitely recommend it.
It has gone down hill since new managers took over. The treadmills 3 broken in 1 row. Just not the same vibe it was before machines are way to close together....
I submitted my cancellation request through their online portal and followed up with multiple emails, but management has completely ignored my requests. Based on other reviews, they claim members can only cancel by signing a specific internal form, but state consumer laws for health clubs explicitly protect cancellations made electronically via portal or email. I have made 4 requests to cancel my non contractual membership and they still try to keep charging new cycles. Avoid at all costs
