Arturo and his Team did great on my truck . Arturo will go out his way to make sure your truck is right the first day I got stuck coming his way to the shop and he made sure he came got me plus he was busy that day doing a give away for the kids. My truck was making a weird noise coming front the bottom, wasn’t sure if it was transmission or transfer case. I came across Maddifferential here in Google search for drivetrain specialist, From start to finish my experience was great & I’d highly recommend to anyone. Turns out it was the rear differential. Professional, At professional Price Not a backyard Mechanic, or back yard mechanic rates. These guys are great.
From answering the phone to the job being complete the level of professionalism and enthusiasm of these guys is second to none. I reached out to this company after speaking to someone who had work done by them on the same type of truck I have. The guy got his truck regeared for $750 per axle ($1500 total) less than 2 years ago from Mad Differential. When I asked for a quote, this company quoted me $4300 in just labor to regear my truck. I’m not sure if they just didn’t want the job or thought I was complete idiot. Everywhere else I spoke with in the area quoted me $1400 to $1600 for the same work and are reputable companies. I had a great experience with Mad Differential LLC. The owner was very professional, explained everything clearly, and kept me updated with videos throughout the process. Pricing was more than fair compared to other shops I looked into, and it was worth the drive from Greenville to Hurst. His customer service and attention to detail made the whole process smooth. Highly recommend!
