I brought my BMW to Mad Differential and had a great experience. They specialize in differentials but also work on other types of vehicles. They explained the issue clearly, offered fair pricing, and completed the repair quickly and professionally. I was honestly impressed with how fast they got my car back to me. My car runs perfectly now. Highly recommend.
I called in asking if a diff swap could be done by a certain date. Without hesitation they said said they could get it done. Mind you this was the week of Christmas. I understand the holidays and new year are times to be off. So I expected it to be done near my required date. They had it done so quick. Shout out to Arturo! He was very detailed, straightforward, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. He replaced my pinion yoke, and the turnaround time was surprisingly quick. The work was done right, and the customer service was excellent. It’s hard to find honest, knowledgeable people these days, and Arturo definitely delivered. The team is great. First time getting a transmission replaced. The team was very open and upfront with quotes and what needed to be done. They told me how long and what day my car was going to be ready and it was. Every time I asked for an update on vehicle they responded to let me know what was going on.
My rear axle was grinding on my Tacoma. I took it to three places that misdiagnosed the problem. Mad “D” told me exactly what was wrong, the rear bearings were shot. My differential was worn so I had them put new gears in that too. Now it rides smooth with no noise.
